Inside Dubai’s Most Expensive Penthouse: A Story of Elegance, Atmosphere, and Artful Living
While working with a renowned Italian interior design company in Dubai, I had the unique opportunity to lead the final phase of one of Dubai’s most prestigious residential projects — a two-floor luxury penthouse located in one of the city’s most exclusive districts. Under my creative direction and full supervision, this extraordinary home was transformed into a complete living experience — where every room, accessory, and element was carefully considered and beautifully executed.
While the architectural and design structure had already been developed, my responsibility focused on full interior styling and decoration — elevating
the space through atmosphere, function, and detail.
My responsibility included:
Curating and installing artful accessories — from sculptural vases, handmade bowls, designer books to statement pieces and decorative accents;
Adding softness and atmosphere to the bathrooms with high-quality rugs, plush towels, candles, and fine scents;
Fully equipping the spa area, ensuring both function and a serene, elegant ambiance;
Sourcing and placing every detail in the kitchen area — from cutlery and utensils to Italian-made platters and cookware, balancing beauty and usability;
Styling the dining table to reflect both glamour and sophistication, creating a setting perfect for hosting in style;
Introducing life into the home through a carefully selected collection of bonsai plants and fresh floral arrangements, enhancing the mood of every room.
As the handover was scheduled just before the winter holidays, we chose to go one step further — decorating the entire penthouse with a magnificent Christmas tree, fully dressed with lights and ornaments, adding a layer of warmth and celebration to the space.
This penthouse, once an empty canvas, was transformed into a refined, atmospheric, and deeply personal home — one that now stands as the most expensive penthouse in Dubai. Not simply for its location or square footage, but because every corner was shaped with intention, soul, and artistry.
